you know nothing makes me more happy then when returning clients come back to me. i love watching them grow and become more comfortable around the camera. i did pj and greys parents wedding back in the day when i was just getting started so to be there from day one as this little family began has been so special for me. Since Miles is walking now I am finding it more and more difficult photographing him with me being the mom and the photographer. He has always been amazed by the lights when they fire. Well with him being able to walk he wants to walk to them it every time they fires so he can get a better look. GURR!!

I can't get over how darling Mckinlee looks in this new buggy I purchased for my studio. She was so funny sitting in it because she liked to bounce in it like her bouncer at home. Hehe it made me giggle.

Not only is this gorgeous little girl smart and funny she also my darling niece. Brady and I got married right after little Madi was born and since then we have been especially close-a special bond you could say. I think I just took on a motherly friendship role because deep inside I wanted to have children of my own, but decided not to at the time. Getting together every Sunday at family parties we played. Now having my own little boy the tables have turned and Madi has become my big helper when we get together.

Thanks Madi for such a fun session and being my super model! Love ya!

Meet the Seamans.....

I fell in love with the Seamans the moment they got out of their car. Fabulous style and beautiful children--good combo! I swear if I can look as good as Melodee does after having 5 kids then I am in. Not only is she amazingly beautiful and has 5 kids, but is doing it on her own while hubby is in the service. This little shoot will be his christmas gift. Hope you enjoy them as much as i do....

Oh my goodness have you ever seen such beauty?? My friend Alyssia who set up this whole shoot asked me if I wanted to come and play. I of course said YES!! I am so honored to be part of the Birth Mother Baskets (or {bmb}) auction that will be going on Tuesday the 18th at 6:30 at the Timpanogos Harley Davidson. You ask what is BMB?? It is a non-profit organization that delivers gift baskets to birth mothers who have recently placed their babies for adoption. Gina, a birth mom herself, started bmb to help her heal after placing her own Little Butterfly. I met Gina 3 years ago when I first started my photography business. Gina is one of the most amazing people I know. Not only is she drop dead gorgeous, but she is the kindest person ever. Please join us this Tuesday......

I also thought it would be fun to show you a before and after of the same image. I get a lot of clients looking through the raw images on my proofing site saying they look "just fine as they are" and i want to show you the difference and the time i put into an image. One of the reasons you pay a professional is to have professional images. to know more about this topic email me and i would love to chat more with you on why it is SO important to choose someone with the right equipment and experience/education behind that equipment and to PAY for professional prints (i won't go there today :)).

You wouldn't hire your best friends uncle to build you a house with a hammer and a nail just because he owns one and has used it once or twice...........would you???
